i have confirmed nothing like this happens when I am in full screen using the Microsoft RDP app. It is a neat feature I suppose but should not be the default and you should be able to turn it off. The most annoying issue currently is that when you are in a full screen remote session, the Parallels client seems to enable Do Not Disturb on the Mac side so you do not receive any of your notifications.
